Priority Service: Your product upgrade/ install is completed in 24 to 48 hours, repairs are diagnosed within 24 hours.
Upgrades: H Power Computing does not take the responsibility for existing problems with your computer. By signing this form you are acknowledging that your computer is in fine working order.
H Power Computing does not take the responsibility for any lost data that may occur. It is the responsibility of the customer to back up their hard drive and any important data prior to bringing the unit in for repair. If this hasn’t been done you can request that the service department provide this service for you. A fee may be incurred for this option.
Any computers left for more than 14 business days after completion of service will be charged a flat rate of $5.00 per day as a storage fee. If computer is still not picked up after 28 business days computer will be classified as abandoned and will become the property of H Power Computing.
